- Acceptance of TermsBy booking, purchasing, or participating in any tour or service provided by TRIP MANIA LLC dba Las Vegas Mania Tour ("MANIA TOUR", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
- BookingReservations may be made through:
- MANIATOUR.com
- Phone
- OTA partners (Viator, GetYourGuide, KKday, Klook, Trip.com, etc.)
A booking is confirmed only after payment (or required deposit) has been successfully received.
- PricesPrices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Certain entrance fees, gratuities, taxes, fuel surcharges, or optional activities may not be included unless specifically stated.
- Required PaymentsSome tours require mandatory entrance fees payable in cash on the tour date.
These fees will be clearly disclosed before booking and again in your confirmation email.
- Tour ScheduleTour itineraries may change due to:
- Weather
- Road closures
- Traffic
- National Park restrictions
- Safety concerns
- Operational requirements
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary without prior notice.
- PickupGuests are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location on time.
Failure to arrive at the scheduled pickup time may be treated as a no-show.
No refunds will be issued for missed departures.
- Customer ResponsibilitiesGuests agree to:
- Follow guide instructions
- Arrive on time
- Carry valid identification when required
- Respect other guests
- Follow all National Park and Tribal regulations
Guests may be removed from the tour without refund for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
- Health & SafetyParticipation is at your own risk.
Guests should carefully consider their physical condition before booking.
Some tours involve:
- Long driving hours
- Uneven terrain
- High elevations
- Desert temperatures
- LiabilityMANIA TOUR acts as an independent tour operator and is not responsible for:
- Weather
- Delays
- Road closures
- Mechanical breakdowns
- Third-party suppliers
- Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable tour where permitted by law.
- PhotographyPhotos taken during tours may be used for marketing purposes unless guests notify us in writing before departure.
- Intellectual PropertyAll website content, photographs, videos, logos, and text are the property of MANIA TOUR unless otherwise stated.
- Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.

Cancellation & Refund PolicyEffective DateJuly 2026
General PolicyCancellation requests must be submitted by email or through the booking platform used for the reservation.
Refund eligibility depends on the tour type and booking channel.
Standard ToursUnless otherwise stated:
- More than 72 hours before departure
Full refund
- 72 hours or less before departure
No refund
OTA BookingsReservations made through third-party platforms including:
- Viator
- GetYourGuide
- KKday
- Klook
- Trip.com
- Booking.com
must follow the cancellation policy displayed on the respective booking platform.
No ShowGuests who fail to appear at the designated pickup location will be considered a no-show.
No refunds will be issued.
Late ArrivalTours depart on schedule.
Guests arriving after departure cannot be refunded.
WeatherTours generally operate in rain, snow, or other weather conditions.
Refunds are not provided due to weather unless MANIA TOUR cancels the tour.
National Park ClosuresIf certain attractions become inaccessible because of:
- National Park Service closures
- Tribal authority restrictions
- Government closures
we may substitute alternative attractions where possible.
Partial refunds may be provided when required by law.
Operator CancellationIf MANIA TOUR cancels a tour because of:
- insufficient participants
- unsafe weather
- operational reasons
Guests may choose:
- Full refund
- Alternative date
- Alternative tour
Force MajeureMANIA TOUR is not responsible for cancellations caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Wildfires
- Government restrictions
- Road closures
- Pandemic
- Terrorism
- Civil unrest
- Other events beyond our control
Refund ProcessingApproved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
